The founding fathers were all Christians, and they fought bloody wars, to bring us the freedom we have now. There were many in the Bible that fought wars for gods people, and with his blessing. If you think just because we are Christians we are going to lose our soul because we need to be violent to bring back our freedom then you need to go talk to God about that. I’m not saying to be violent just to be violent like the left is, but if we have to go to war to bring Our country back to freedom, then so be it. I don’t think anyone’s going to lose their soul because they want to fight for the freedom and the God-given right that he has given us to be free. Besides that Jesus Christ died for our sins, our name is written in the book of life, and we are sealed until the day of Redemption. I’m pretty sure there are no erasers in heaven, and Christ blood is sufficient for me. We are saved by faith, not works lest anyone should boast!
God wants us to be responsible. The disciples were armed. Peter cutt a man's ear off. Jesus healed the man's ear. He did not rebuke Peter for being armed.
God also wants us to be holy. He had Israel destroy entire peoples to keep them pure and separated from the false gods of the pagans around them worshipping Baal and Moloch. We are only fighting the people worshipping Baal and Moloch...
Jesus also flipped tables in the synagogue. We can flip a few tables in righteous anger.
At some point we will have to fight to save this country. I don't want violence. Wars that were fought in the past to save this country we not won without violence.
