Anytime. I was counting down too, but on we go. Catherine Herridge is saying that Ratcliffe confirmed to her that there was interference from CCP, Iran and Russia. It looks like the hold up on the report is gaining agreement on what should be in there and this aspect is pretty sensitive. Idk
Nowhere does it say, to my knowledge, that they must make this report, or the fact that it has been delivered, public knowledge. Could have been done all ready. Might never be done. We don't know.
Saying "I hope something happens today" is one thing, but stating predictions as fact that then never come to fruition causes demoralization over time. One can only take so many false predictions before they simply lose meaning altogether.
What today marks is the half way point. EO13848 is in effect, have no doubt. We will not be aware as the "public" of the inner workings of a highly cyber, covert operation. Most likely, it will be in January when major, pressure-point things happen such as arrests and grandiose senate proceedings. We do need this 230 thing to get done, or I fear that all of this can happen again next time
Not later than 45 days after the conclusion of a United States election, the Director of National Intelligence, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate executive departments and agencies (agencies), shall conduct an assessment of any information indicating that a foreign government, or any person acting as an agent of or on behalf of a foreign government, has acted with the intent or purpose of interfering in that election.
Within 45 days of receiving the assessment and information described in section 1(a) of this order, the Attorney General and the Secretary of Homeland Security, in consultation with the heads of any other appropriate agencies and, as appropriate, State and local officials, shall deliver to the President, the Secretary of State, the Secretary of the Treasury, and the Secretary of Defense a report evaluating, with respect to the United States election that is the subject of the assessment described in section 1(a)

I'm just using the EO from 2018 as an guide, it did say 45 days after the election an report must be presented.

If this goes right we're not going to know a damn thing til it's over.
