Looks like a failed attempt to be edgy using that zazzgenerator.com to promote the final season of "Sabrina." Previously I'd said The Prom, but it appears that was just an interstitial ad on the Sabrina advert.

edit: Looks like the creator of the show was quoted with "Praise Satan!..." back in 2018 as well, so looks like following that.
