The institution of local emergency militias were a necessary step that was taken in run up to both our revolution and the civil war. With as much talk as members on here make about an impending conflict thrust upon us why are there no calls to organize? Is it because TD is just a site for shit posting for disaffected Millennial keyboard warriors, or is this site actually made up of those who act on their beliefs? This is not a call to violence, rather a moment to reflect on what you’re capable of doing to further the ideals you claim to hold dear. Do those ideals extend no further than the reach of your internet connection?
This site is the largest collection of patriots on a platform that allows free speech to accomplish such organizing. Why is this not a sticky topic? Is everyone on TD planning to get through these times alone? When are you going to start organizing? When it’s too late? After your ability to communicate is disrupted or destroyed? A physical connection to others is the only way to assure you’re not alone when shit gets sketchy.
Organization of the oppressed is the biggest fear of the oppressors.
Before anyone starts loosing their minds about use of force, militias are not solely a use of force organization. In fact that would be the worst use for a militia.
Primarily militias are used to come together for the common good, to show physical support, and build solidarity at the local level. They act as a tool to spread ideas. Use them for supporting community based activities with a unique goal that is different from your church groups, and other arbitrary clubs.
Historically our ancestors used militias from everything such as erecting community buildings, to bucket brigades, to town watch. In modern days we have usurped these responsibilities with hired hands, fire, police, Ems, national guard, FEMA, etc. While not abandoning those professional tools, militias are a great auxiliary to support local government when their purposes are aligned. It’s time to reclaim our country through good stewardship and community organizing one town at a time.
Think globally, act locally.

Well, these days talking about such things anywhere online is a great way to get targeted or shut down, for one thing.
All the serious preppers and militia people I know built their networks offline.
I have also networked offline, both where I am and in advance where we are moving shortly.
