Impeachment .Same procedure as for lower court judges .See the case of Alcee Hastings , ( D) Florida . But the dirtbag , though no longer a judge , has re-surfaced as a Representative for Florida's 20 th Congressional District .Was impeached for perjury and bribery in 1989 for $ 150 K bribe for lenient sentence and return of seized assets .
Where would one file a charge against a SCOTUS justice do you think? Their home state? What lower circuit judges would have the balls to take that case?
