Go to the streets after telling your real life in the flesh friends to meet you there and just be seen. Numbers are with us. They forced us apart so they could control our perception on screens they control. Join up and be strong in their stupid commie faces.

They’re the weak ones.

I think you should contact your locals as you said but ask them what you are to do! Break it down for them. Like minded worried Americans are talking of "taking the streets because every one has turned their back" see what they say.

I dont think there is a plan. Trump hasn't given any indication his gone to hit the EO. And is the EO the answer? even thats been discussed at length on here.
Trumps tweeting but they aren't a plan. If you don't have a plan, and you have seen none on here, nor at another level- assume their isnt one.

(I'm Australian so my opinion is really irrelevant on the other side of the world)

Exactly I’m so tired of these people. I imagine them fat shirtless with an AR-15 and a Pepe mask wondering why daddy hasn’t given orders to his super special frog man.

Have faith, be ready.

Thank you for the reply. Its a interesting discussion.

Yet its not a plan (known plan that is) which is what the op is asking.

Ofcourse Trump cant confirm all this which means I suppose you (americans) have only faith to run off?

I personally would have more faith in the lasting court cases with evidence pending to do something before Trump activating that. Not hating on him I just think its unlikely.

Its impossible to predict the outcome, but i truly wish all safety. Im Australian born but have a long line going back in the states (hence my name) and its just really dark days.

The OP raises the biggest concern. What is the plan? Is there anything other than hope and faith. Leaves the anxiety shaking.

Good Question!

(If you want a longer more exhaustive read on all this information and MUCH more check out the Ranger Handbook (5). It won't make you a Ranger but the structured thinking/decision making and strategies for planning are invaluable along with recommendations for overcoming specific hurdles as a command or member of a unit.)

First thing to understand is that the general public, meaning most of us, does not have a plan. Trust the Plan is in reference to Q/POTUS and the mechanics of the political, intelligence, industry, finance, and military systems. That only becomes relevant for our decision making if we’re told it is relevant by POTUS. At this point I don’t think anyone else gets to do that (maybe ECW or Flynn).

~ So what do we DO FIRST? ~

To accomplish any goal efficiently and effectively we need to organize. An organizational structure and division of labor needs to be imposed. During our daily lives the systems we exist in typically define both. In an emergency or prolonged conflict those systems break down very quickly.

~ How do we ORGANIZE? ~

There’s obviously a lot of debate on this topic for good reason. I am a proponent of an adhoc version of the US Army Military Unit Structure (1).

You’ll notice that a Team is the smallest Military Unit and consists of four members (one non-commissioned officer and three enlisted soldiers). With four members I have found this to be effective.

  • [1] Command (Decisions, Most Experience)
  • [2] (Comms, Support)
  • [3] (Heavy, Boom)
  • [4] (Light, Scout)

This is the bare minimum of manpower that you’ll want to be working with. In an urban setting you should be able to move all members and gear in even a small sedan if necessary. When operating at this scale mobility and complete autonomy as a unit should be utilized to your benefit as it is your greatest strength.

Move up the hierarchy one level and you’ll find the Squad which consists of two Teams meaning eight to ten members. That means you can use the base Team template and then add on more specialization based on the individual aptitudes of members or just keep them as general members performing functions as needed.

  • Medic
  • Language Specialist
  • Aviation
  • Engineer
  • Armor/Transportation
  • Signal/Cyber (Specialized Comms)
  • Legal
  • Electronics
  • Police
  • Intelligence
  • Finance
  • Public Relations
  • Civil (Military Politician)
  • Quartermaster/Acquisitions
  • Chaplain
  • Recruitment

The Squad is likely going to be the sweet spot for most civilian operations as there is redundancy but your Command Structure is not going to be difficult to understand internally or when engaged with another friendly unit.

Move up the hierarchy one more level and you’ll find the Platoon. Probably not something you’ll be running into as it consists of a few dozen members. Same deal as the squad for assignment of roles. Draw out specialties that are relevant and bank redundancy where you anticipate a need for it (always good to have extra light infantry).

~ How do we FORM? ~

That’s a tough question to answer but here are some guidelines.

  • You’ll be learning in the field without the benefit of something like Basic Training to form bonds within your unit. That means that you should be organizing units with people you already know to the degree that you can trust them to perform a role if assigned.
  • Bare minimum you need one member that is experienced with firearms and is bringing a reasonable amount of firepower to the table (for combat oriented situations). Ideally everyone is strapped, experienced, and equipped with melee, short, long capacity.
  • Reliable and durable transportation is a necessity. If you form a Team with friends in your neighborhood and nobody has a vehicle that can go off-road you need to reach out into your networks and find someone who does. Ideally they become a member for the sake of stability.
  • Exercise together, specifically run together. It introduces group accountability for health, bonding, reconnaissance, situational awareness, and leadership.
  • Cook and eat together. This is an excellent way to bond and serves as a time for decompression, processing, and planning as well as having many of the same benefits of group exercise.

~ How do we COMMUNICATE? ~

There are a few things related to communication to cover but common sense dictates most of the best practices and equipment here.

  • In-Unit, Don't be an asshole and beat the shit out of anyone who is to the detriment of the unit.
  • Intra-Unit, Don't be an asshole and remain neutral until a command hierarchy can be established. Your unit norms will differ from another unit and could make cooperation and/or integration more complicated if it causes friction before that hierarchy is established.

You will want to have a primary, secondary, and tertiary means of communicating. This is how I would suggest configuring for ease of adoption, adaptability, and use. Assume that all of these are public and monitored by hostile parties when transmitting sensitive information.

  • Call, Text, Signal, Telegram, TDW, etc
  • Radio (Baofeng UV-5R)
  • Whistle (Mouth or Device)
  • Morse (Light, Sound, Flag, etc) (3)
  • Survival Signs/Symbols
  • Ciphers (4)

Additionally, as a component of any plan make sure that you establish a Rally Point. If you are separated from your unit and they need to move out of the area but know that you will attempt to reach the rally point they can communicate via written code or other signaling techniques.

~ How do we make DECISIONS? ~

This is simpler than you might think. Of course there are a ton of variables to take into account depending on the specific situation you find yourself in but if you follow this structure you’ll have coherency.

  • Receive the mission
  • Issue the warning order
  • Make a tentative plan
  • Start movement
  • Conduct reconnaissance
  • Complete the plan
  • Issue the order
  • Supervise and refine the plan

Things like clearing a structure should be practiced (it’s not hard) as a group and used as building blocks of Plans. Other building blocks would be different forms of movement

If you plan on leading a significantly larger unit (Battalion) or you’re just curious I would recommend taking a look at (2)

~ Who is our LEADER? ~

We are not an organized centralized command structure so there is no singular leader outside the highest ranking command your unit has. That being said, practical everyday leadership and ideological leadership are different things that many people tend to confuse. I propose that POTUS and the Constitution function as your primary ideological leader since they both already have exceptional and well reasoned logical structures around them meaning you can fall back on the work of others when making decisions in regards to ethics for example. Your command should poll unit members and determine if there is disagreement with this, but I’m assuming that if you’re on TDW those two will work just fine.

~ When do we do SOMETHING? ~

You can start doing SOMETHING right now. Our MISSION is to be ready. Form or join a unit. If you’re having trouble with that, put together the equipment for various roles that members need to fill. Make plans for your property, neighborhood, and region for navigation under occupation. Create a plan for all of your necessities and ensure that your plan includes enough excess for at least a Team for multiple weeks. Store water, denial of utilities is a common tactic utilized and water will be a huge issue if a well is not accessible. Learn the lay of the land in your area. Topographic maps are readily available and downloadable as a reference, but knowing immediately where you need to go to survey an area is invaluable in a developing situation.
