Virtually every single U.S. Government institution is corrupt and ineffective. The run our Government, don't care about us and don't work on our behalf. The culture needs to change from the top down, and so far there have not been many "leaders" working with POTUS to drain the swamp and change the culture. He can't do it all by himself.
