How should they be conducted? Fairly and honestly.
Paper ballots there’s no question about that. With Signatures for verification Serial numbers for reference Absolutely no electronics involved until they are backed up 1-2 years after the completion of a election.
Anybody else got ideas here?
Things they may change?
ZERO transmittal of election results to media until final totals.
