This is definitely not the case for Missouri national guard. We have a family friend who is dr. And a pilot. There are 3 tiers of priority. The only one I know about is aviation, and they are in tier 3. Tier 3 is last to get vaccine.
My speculation: I think aviation is last bc it cost something like a million dollars to put a soldier behind the stick of an aircraft. Tier 1 guys will be test subjects to see adverse reactions.
