True but this smaller scale hack on the Dalai Lama back in 2013 shows that the Chinese have been targeting Oracle software for at least 7+ years and I believe the style of attack is extremely similar if not exactly the same just on a larger scale. I have yet to see anyone show proof of any direct connections to China and the SolarWinds hack and this shows an obvious connection to China from a past hack with a near identical MO even though MSM is screaming Russia.
