I'm a 32 year old combat vet from OIF/OEF, (though I didnt have the balls to pick a combat MOS so dont give me too much credit). That's not really important though, what I am really proud of is that I have dedicated countless hours of my life to making spicy memes and being correct on the internet.

Now here's the rub folks, this place has become the next cultural nexus of power. I've seen it happen 3 or four times in the past 15 years. For example around the time when Reddit finally slew it's longtime rival the treacherous Digg, it was morphing into just such a nexus. Though it ultimately fell to the micro phallused enemies of freedom that every righteous able-phallused man must now stand against.

Places like reddit used to be, that foster community and where speech is sacred, create order and empower people, which our culture is desperate for.

It is truly a tragic comedy that our western cultures ability to organize and reason has become so twisted and corrupted from the constant one sided assault (ultimately an attempted murder I believe) it had endured, that Thedonald.win is next in line to inherit the sacred duty of guiding our society

We need to be prepared, our enemies WILL NOT ALLOW such an thing to freely exist. They will soon attack this place with every evil scheme their tiny little shriveled phalluses can conceive.

If we can somehow weather the storm without losing our essential essence, then Thedonald.win is on the road to become THE wielder of influence in our culture.

Or maybe I'm wrong, cant wait to see how it all shakes out.

Ten years from now, the .win network will rival reddit.

It will be conprised of hundreds of millions of members, and I can brag that I joined it the day it first opened to the public.

Not only do I agree with you, your Pool Dive ending of “or maybe I’m wrong” made me chuckle.

It's already way different around here and not for the better in my opinion

I completely agree. I’d argue the heavy censorship of this site on search engines is a good thing and has minimized a lot of the threat so far, but we must stay vigilant.

A better voting system can help on .wins that want a balanced healthy discourse.

A downvote being 1/2 of an upvote would help out a lot. Instead of 51% looking like overwhelming support and 49% views suppressed to the sewers, minority views would still be seen as long as they aren't utter trash. It'll make it harder to get a herd mentality on either side, do less incentive to try to spam and mob.

I hope the mods will experiment with things like this in the future as .win expands to other more general topics.
