"For when Gentiles, who do not have the Law, by nature do what the Law requires, they are a law to themselves, even though they do not have the Law. They show that the work of the Law is written on their hearts, while their conscience also bears witness, and their conflicting thoughts accuse or even excuse them on that day when, according to my gospel, God judges the secrets of men by Christ Jesus." (Romans 2:14-16)
That's nonsensical. If all behavior is genetic, then, looking at the crime rates, we could say that blacks are genetically predisposed to crime (13% of the population 52% of the murder and all that). But if that's true, then how do a vast majority of blacks overcome their apparent genetic predisposition and not commit any crime at all?
And all I was saying is that Christianity teaches that morality does not come exclusively from revealed law. That there is also natural law discernible through general revelation, and that we all have a moral conscience and are therefore all morally accountable. The point of the Bible isn't adherence to the law. "Therefore by the deeds of the law shall no flesh be justified in His sight, for by the law is the knowledge of sin." (Romans 3:20)
