Is this true? You can burn the flag but not a BLM sign?

I sit in the camp, where I believe people should be able to burn both as an act of free speech. I don’t condone burning the flag, I don’t encourage it, but living in a free society with free speech means there are going to be expressions that I do not like. There is no right to not be offended.

I’ll laugh when the FBI charges someone for burning a BLM flag and it gets appealed up to the Supreme Court and the person gets off like the flag burners.

As long as it's your flag and you didn't steal it and you didn't burn it on anyone else's property, I don't see how it should be a crime. Especially if it's considered "speech" when cucks burn the American flag. It's not a crime to yell out a bunch of racist shit so burning a blm flag shouldn't be a crime either. (Not that burning a blm flag is racist, they're just a communist organization, but that is the argument they would use.)

I’ll got a step further, as I believe it’s the honest truth. There should be no such thing as a hate crime. The crime is the actual action that took place. The motive was either done with intent or not intent. Take murder for example. A person could kill another out of intent A person could kill another but didn’t go in with intent A person could kill another accidentally/negligence.

If you murder someone solely based on the color or someone’s skin, it’s intended murder and should be punished to the full extent of the law.

Tacking on extra reasons outside of intent, is extraneous and serves no real purpose. You either intentionally did an action, did another action that led to harm being done, or accidentally/negligently caused harm.
