So ANTIFA gets to burn the American flag at will, but one BLM flag gets burned and its a hate crime?

I think the distinction between burning American flags and a BLM flag is this:
Usually those burning an American flag are burning their own flag. It’s freedom of speech, and destruction of their own property.
If the proud boys went out and got their own BLM flag to burn, it would be no different than the above.
If they took the flag from a BLM person and burned it, they are guilty of petty theft, and would be liable for the replacement of said property + whatever penalties there are for petty theft in said jurisdiction.
However, considering the fact that the police stand back and watch while these white BLM people assault patriots and steal our flags, equal enforcement of the law would be to let it slide.
But to bring the FBI in? What the actual fuck. Give me a break, this is garage pull 911 bullshit.
The leftist reasoning is that our American flag ideologically symbolizes and represents our Constitution, its protections and our rights under these. As such the FBI assclowns try to rationalize that the burning of a flag which only ideologically symbolizes and represents a racial demographic is a hate crime.
The fact is that our Constitution and American flag by virtue of their existence, what they symbolize and what they represent automatically protect and guarantee that the burning of any flag is protected free speech.
This reeks of war and battlefield symbolism with the capturing of flags.
