If the dude on the left can operate his PSA AR-15 and owns a plate carrier I will take him. Definitely being in shape helps. But make sure the muscle heads you know can clear a jam, swap a mag, and that their sights are zeroed.

Competition shooters FTW! I've gotten kinda fat since covid but I'm wearing my war rig when doing run and gun these days, slowly getting back into good shape.

I was a great athlete into my mid 20s. After 5 years of no cardio and a bunch of beers I went out paintballing. (So light gun and no plates) After 3 minutes of running round out there I was dying. I’ve gotten back into shape somewhat and was shooting almost weekly precovid.

I'm still shooting weekly but to conserve ammo we do a lot more movement than actual trigger pulling. That's where the speed comes from anyways.

My brother and I have been rounding up components to start reloading 9mm, gonna be pressing out several thousand right after Christmas to hopefully get back at it.

Good luck getting small pistol primers dude!!!! Fuck, the rest of the components pop up, it's still COVID so the supply is way limited but for the life of me I can't get any small pistol primers. I haven't found any since August.

I Lucked out and bought 4K locally from a man who was giving up shooting as his hands got too shaky. Been trying to get more but no dice.

You lucky bastard. 4k sounds like a lot to normies but we know that will go fast. Anyways, shoot straight brother!

I'm not as hard as I used to be. But a whole lot wiser now than that hard bodied young man I one was. Oh and I can hit cold bore shots on target at 560yds.

Keto. Then get to a 5 mile run. Then starting strength. Get right on that shit.

CARDIO! I don't know about y'all but that's where I'm most lacking I think.

Cardio comes quick. Losing fat and gaining muscle takes much longer. - starting strength

Bench press and deadlifts. Chicken breast and protein shakes. Plus some high powered energy, lion testosterone replacement therapy.
