Eh your both right. This election is deciding mob rule (democracy) vs. America's natural state (Constitutional Republic). SCOTUS has already flouted the Constitution, so... not looking good for the preservation of our Union.

SCOTUS decision really pisses me off because it was a "fuck you" to the entire country really. 1/2 the states on one side, 1/2 the states on the other, and when we ask SCOTUS to judge they're just like, "Uhh... nooo... we're scared of what might happen if we say the wrong thing." Ironically possibly the worst thing they could have done.

Okay and that's being eroded so what are we fighting against becoming then? I said we're currently a Constitutional Republic (or at least we were founded as such) and mob-rule is eroding that into a pure Democracy... which will eventually become autocratic (because mob will feed the mob and grow into an authoritarian regime).

You're absolutely right about the SCOTUS decision implications. Now they just need the most populous states to collude and cheat in a few swing states to win control basically on a populous basis which is a democracy and not a constitutional republic like the SCOTUS is supposed to protectct
