Definitely something needs to be done and quickly, Supreme Court has already proved to be a massive flop and they were supposed to be the answer....so I don't see any other way forward that doesn't include the military.
The legal routes have not been exhausted. SCOTUS is still in play. We will have to see what fruits the Jan. 6th EC count will produce.
