If true it means court decisions are now based strictly on mob rule not facts, evidence or the law which also means there is no reason to have courts. Purpose of courts is to settle disputes between parties so they do not resolve it themselves through a duel.

In every case a jury is instructed to make their decision without regard to public pressure or reaction or whether it is a popular one . Is the new jury instruction now going to be just the opposite.
