Nope. You will still be required to wear the face diaper, since they don't know if the vaccine prevents transmission, if you have a mild and asymptomatic case. Remember the vaccine isn't 100%.

You get a yellow slip of paper that is signed by the doctor. It normally has all your vaccines on it. When I lived in Africa, I had to carry it to come back to the USA. Because I had to prove I had a yellow fever vaccine. At least that’s what the health dept told me. When I got to the boarder patrol, at JFK he didn’t give a flying damn lol
