Again, biggest cybersecurity breach in history, and they don't want to talk about it to the guy who is supposedly taking over in a month. Like it or not, that's not a normal response. If anything, the exact opposite reaction should happen. Pentagon isn't going to run out of people and having an uninformed POTUS show up in the midst of a massive crisis would be far more damaging than setting some staff aside to handle security briefings for a few weeks and getting behind in some paperwork.
