They just made the statement 12/16 that they would go no later than Congress meeting. To me that tells me they were going to wait. Why would you announce that but then close it 2 days later??? WI markets are still open!!!!
The “no later than” actually spooked me and I closed out. Especially with them closing out state markets(minus WI) earlier in the week. I knew they’d cave into the pressure from the left.
Yea, I took the "no later than" as we will wait for all pending litigation but it will go no later than the 6th.
And WI market is still open....
