This is 100% incorrect. The reason being, by the government’s own admission they don’t know how many illegals are here to exclude from the census. What SCOTUS said is that if they can’t do that, then there is nothing “illegal” being done, and will wait for a challenge to occur. Waste of time, frankly. They should just make the call now.
