If the show was on the other foot, and had this fraud with the loads of evidence happened to Joe Biden and the democrats, do you think they would have activated Martial Law/Insurrection?

1000% they would have- Our side is a bunch of spineless people who give 2 fucks about this country

It is hard to say because the Media would have acted very differently.

I don't think we would be anywhere near the question of insurrection act if the tables were turned. We'd have already thrown all the MAGA people in jail or executed them.
