reconsider travel to the People’s Republic of China (PRC), including the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region (SAR), due to arbitrary enforcement of local laws.

I read this as they're rounding up westerners for nothing other than they're mad about the 2 million CCP agents list being leaked and the banning of their businesses etc..

I mean there will be wars a rumors of wars.
