Well of course it is. I live here, and I listened carefully to what the head asshat said at the end of the last hearing. He basically told them flat out that the subpoenas could go away if the litigation got resolved. So they are probably looking for the best way to get rid of the litigation, without actually addressing the glaringly evident fraud (that also happened in 2018, and some in 2016).
Which is utter bullshit since he had said a few sentences before that it was tough to mount a legal challenge with a lack of evidence, and you can't get evidence without the county giving it to you. But he understood why the county couldn't be forthcoming, what with all the litigation.... Typical asshattery.
While I hope they make the county comply with the subpoenas, I am not counting on it. I am down in Pima County, and have been trying to get access to our local public election records for over a month now with no success.
