Now if you get a human being (happens about 50/50, you may get lucky enough to get shunted to the ombudsman's phone, which is usually a full voicemailbox. Or you land on hold for a while.
But if you wish to complain to Maricopa county, that number is the starting point. Might want to save for future reference ;-). Like Monday, though the odds of anyone being in again are low. If they run true to form, they will be pretty much absent from the 22nd through Jan 3rd or so. Just like every other civil serpent around here.
