Isn't everyone glad we allowed a transition for a stolen election?! What was the reason again...because someone received some threats? The transition should have never begun. Typical GOP (and I blame Trump for this one). Democrats would have never allowed a transition in the midst of a clearly stolen and fraudulent election.

In fact what he stated and what the article stated are not mutually exclusive events. Biden could have already had many meeting, and now have future meetings be put off till the end of the holidays.
He can easily call the right people to know what is what and likely talks to them regularly.
