My local PD and county sheriffs department refused to uphold our Governors lockdown BS
I have gotten 2 warnings, no tickets in the last 10 years. I am respectful of them and they to me. I am ONLY discussing my local PD and county sheriffs department.
I don’t want complete lawlessness either. Do you want the lawlessness of Democrat run cities to come to your home?
I am not fond of the police who are jackbooted thugs but they are controlled by corrupt politicians. Like my Governor and his state police.

Retired yes, active duty no. I have had interactions with the locals and sheriffs department, and here they have always been honest and cordial.
Now.... in New Jersey.... in DC.... in Filthadelphia no.... they have been goose stepping assholes. So it does really depend on where you are. The town and county you live in makes a YUUUUUUGE difference.

Yep. That’s what we see, the state police do the governor’s dirty work.
The locals and sheriffs department have openly published that they will NOT enforce any unconstitutional order from the governor’s office.
They'll still give you a speeding ticket (for 6mph over) to generate revenue though.
