It's straight out of wrestling or soap operas. They take turns being the good guy for the camera and then sneak off when the someone else is in the spotlight to do the sneaky shit no American wants hoping folks remember them for that time they stood up and not the time they fucked them over.

Because he is corrupt.

The government needs to stop giving away (OUR) money and let people get back to work. I don't care how many times they promise you won't have to pay it back, YOU'RE GOING TO HAVE TO PAY IT BACK.

Until these traitors get an education from patriots, nothing changes.

Doesnt even matter to my household at this point. We are circling the drain and will probably lose everything we worked decades for. But thanks for the carrot in front of the horse.

We will take it back by force.

Republicans and Democrats have one thing in common, and it is the most obvious thing, always has been......THEY BOTH LOVE GOVERNMENT!

Is there a link to a video on this bypassing Twitter?

Trump wanted $2000/worker. Say this out loud.

Populism versus the establishment

4
Arriveria [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Trump and Bernie have awoken Populist revolt against the establishment in both parties, both got betrayed by their parties respectively. One caved I don’t think Trump will cave

mytummyhurts 6 points ago +6 / -0

"Wait, you mean the democrats aren't the party of the working class?"

"Never was."

I mean, we agree on not doing stimulus checks, but likely for different reasons. Just let people open/conduct their businesses as they please and theres no need. Remaining closed and also printing money/borrowing from the future is just making it even worse

4
CantStumpTheTrump 4 points ago +4 / -0

imo it should be blocked...

Everyone is all about small federal government until they have their hands out.

4
The_banned 4 points ago +7 / -3

Hawley is a class act. I don't like stimulus checks, but I understand that he has and will continue to look at each issue as a common Missourian vs big business and corrupt government issue. He sees that money is getting spent one way or another, and his fight is to have it go back to the people who paid it out in taxes rather than our elitist overlords.

4
GravityBounce1976 4 points ago +5 / -1

The longer you keep bailing people out the longer you prevent them from rising up and overthrowing their Democrat overlords.

Stop the bailouts. Let the people rise up.

Arriveria [S] 4 points ago +4 / -0

Democrats get robbed by their government with insane taxes in blue states yet they still support them. You can’t fix stupid

That wont happen because its not up to the people but up to the governors. People shouldn’t be held hostage because of governors

2
QSWO1 2 points ago +2 / -0

Voter education. They voted for those governors...maybe?

They cried some amendment

1
CantStumpTheTrump 1 point ago +1 / -0

They have to ask for help.

3
QSWO1 3 points ago +3 / -0

I believe that was his plan. Cuts out the federal government, and levels the playing field. I love it when he says it's a states issue. California's poverty is it's issue not the countries, or the federal government's. This makes state's responsible for their actions. No more federal welfare for state's.

The solution isn't to send everyone money. The solution is to stop the covid scam.

2
KurtTingles 2 points ago +2 / -0

If all the GOP had at least half the backbone that Hawley has we wouldn't be in this fucking mess. What a Patriot.

2
Hangemh1gh 2 points ago +2 / -0

Funny how the swamp works isn't it? Yesterday Johnson was a hero & today he's blocking help to vulnerable people.
