It's that they are narcicists. They have no scruples. They are not bound by any ethical code. They see an opportunity to play by their own set of rules knowing tht you expect them to be operating from the same moral place you are operating from. Classic narcissist. Even when they were caught, no checks and balances were there to keep them accountable. None. I would never have thought this would happen.We cant assume anything.
