There’s reports going around that California printed all of their ballots without language required by law, with a ‘shall not be counted,’ penalty for failure to include such language.

Since the election was illegal, the California electoral delegates may be refused. Furthermore the incoming congressional class from California may be refused. Without 55 Cali reps, there would be a Republican super-majority in congress on Jan 6.

There ain’t no ‘Fix it next time’ when The Republic is on the line.

There is no court, no DOJ, no FBI, no legislature, no one who will actually do the hard thing and stop the steal. The system has failed the people. Now I realize there are still a few legal moves within the system that have to play out but I have zero confidence they will succeed. At this point "trusting the plan" is basically trusting that taking the country to the brink of a CCP takeover is somehow going to result in our victory at the last second. Seems unlikely.

The future is a CCP puppet regime in the Whitehouse. Or war.

Perhaps your right that "trust the plan" is taking us to the brink of a CCP takeover. But when we're at our lowest point, we're open to the greatest change. Maybe to Make America Great Again, we have to show normies the truth about how insidious and destructive our enemies are so they can realize exactly why they need to stand with us and fight back against them. Show that we've given them every legal option to stop this, and they chose not to.

If a small percentage of what Sidney Powell is hinting at is true, the admin would have to be analyzing communications and doling out the rope quickly.

Imagine sitting on a small fishing boat, and over a dozen reels start spinning at the same time.

Worth pursuing, but it does seem like a big load of Hopium w/o some authority to back it up (would've said SCOTUS, but we all know better).

7
lordvon 7 points ago +7 / -0

ok well we should find out if ballots were printed without the requisite language. not just shoot it down DUH

1
Meatsuit 1 point ago +1 / -0

Yes. It's a pretty easy story to understand and spread. One well done jpeg of the ballot verbage.

Are the ballots that were cast legitimate ballots or counterfeits?

Make them defend it.

Vice President Pence holds the keys on this one.

So I read the 1st part and thought, "no, that's exactly how big I thought it was."

Then I read the 2nd part and thought, "oh, yeah, that's BIG."

However, I do believe that despite the plain-language technicality that voids ALL Callifornia ballots, there are probably a dozen arguments that could be sustained in court to preserve the outcome of CA voting.

That said, I think CA might very well be a TRUMP STATE if only legal votes are counted, and illegal votes are not counted, and that's even when ignoring the ballot language issue that is the subject of this post.

6
Meatsuit 6 points ago +6 / -0

Easy enough to examine some of the actual ballots that were counted. Are they all the same? Are some counterfeit?

9
Fozibare [S] 9 points ago +9 / -0

It’s not a counterfeit problem. The law requires a declaration of what certain votes mean. Local election officials did not include the requirement on ballots in nearly all of California.

I got more faith I'll find a leprechaun's pot of gold at the end of a rainbow than that some judge is gonna throw out California.

2
Shalomtoyou 2 points ago +3 / -1

Yeah. I think Trump has ways to win. But flipping California? No way.

22
geraldine1 22 points ago +22 / -0

Since it wont be heard in Supreme Court...what courts in California have judges that are not anti Trumpers?

22
Fozibare [S] 22 points ago +22 / -0

It would have to go through the 9th circuit. President Trump and cocaine Mitch reshaped the 9th.

Spez: The courts absolutely would hear the challenge from the CA AG suing to seat California’s reps and count their electors. The Supreme Court May then rule 6-3 against California, just as they did in the census of illegals case.

18
America_No_1 18 points ago +18 / -0

Reshaped them like they did the SCOTUS? God help us all.

5
basedBlumpkin 5 points ago +5 / -0

They were "reshaped" with Mitch approved Federalist Society judges. They don't care about Trump and have no loyalty to him.

8
Wtf_socialismreally 8 points ago +8 / -0

It would then go up to SCOTUS who would dismiss it because they're scared of riots.

6
wake_up33 6 points ago +6 / -0

Well, then it's time to make them scared of pissing us off.

2
Gmama2 2 points ago +2 / -0

Yeah Trump and Cocaine Mitch reshaped the SCOTUS too.

2
MAGArocket 2 points ago +2 / -0

The CA AG is Xavier Becerra, and Cumala was a previous AG. Good luck on getting the CA AG to sue. They are both on Biden's team.

1
Fozibare [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

That’s why they’d sue, after the CA delegation is sent packing.

1
sth1d 1 point ago +1 / -0

CA AG as in Kamala's successor Xavier Bercerra who is arguably just as left as she is? In what world do you think he's going to try to invalidate the fraudulent election here that he was a part of?

1
Fozibare [S] 1 point ago +1 / -0

Hypothetically speaking, if Pence refused the CA electors, it would be the CA AG who brought suit in the courts.

14

9
Fozibare [S] 9 points ago +9 / -0

They only need Pence.

1
ghostsage 1 point ago +1 / -0

What is to be argued? The CA legislature spoke in plain terms. They declared the ballots invalid back when they made the law. The state legislature makes election rules. I don't think a court needs to weigh in, and even SCOTUS suggests that courts have no place in elections.

What's the legal argument? These ballots are legal because I can't read?

So I guess CA decertifies voluntarily or Pence just tosses them.

1
UnfrtntlyCanadian 1 point ago +1 / -0

CA is arguably the most liberal and anti-Trump state. They'd never voluntarily decertify.

1
UnfrtntlyCanadian 1 point ago +1 / -0

11
stealthboy 11 points ago +11 / -0

But the law doesn't matter anymore. So there's that...

10
Taupkek 10 points ago +10 / -0

Sounds lovely, but considering the votes in PA were supposed to be excluded for violating VBM laws and SCOTUS refused to hear the case even though they specifically told them to separate them, I'm not holding my breath.

7
eplettner 7 points ago +8 / -1

Could Pence claim this when counting ballots? The more issues he brings up the better for us

3
Fozibare [S] 3 points ago +3 / -0

I’m suggesting that it could be part of triggering an 1876 type contingent panel. Either leading to a commission that assigns votes or a contingent election of congress. Either way would lead to a Trump win.

7
freeper9000 7 points ago +7 / -0

Too late? Those newly selected electors maybe then were not authorized to vote by the voting deadline, which is past.

5

They are not going to throw out 55 EC votes and multiple congressional results over this.

4
Pepe_longcockings 4 points ago +4 / -0

I agree; it's not fair to disenfranchise millions of Americans votes. However, those millions of Americans have been already disenfranchised by virtue of their state's inability or unwillingness to adhere to their own election laws.

We live in a world where the people potentially being disenfranchised (in CA, or PA, or MI) have been conditioned to vent their anger on the people enforcing laws, instead of on their own cities and states that failed to follow the law correctly in the first place.

It's a fucking clown world, with no independent thought being exhibited by the vast majority of the populace

3
StaryHickory 3 points ago +3 / -0

We assume the left will follow laws. This is an real issue. They refuse to follow laws only issue them. Conservatives follow all laws. See the difference?

2
Tseliteiv 2 points ago +2 / -0

CA has a law saying their electoral votes goes to whoever wins the popular vote I thought? I could be wrong but I thought that was the case. If that is the case, then it doesn't matter if all the votes are null because the votes are ceremonial anyway and ultimately whoever wins the popular vote decides the electoral college.

What I find more interesting is states with laws saying whoever wins the popular vote wins the electoral college votes. What if the popular vote is disputed... that by default makes their votes disputed.

2
AzazelAku 2 points ago +2 / -0

The real questions are, why was the paragraph supposed to be on the ballot, and how did its absence facilitate fraud? Nothing is done without a reason by the Dems

1
TheMadManDidItAgain 1 point ago +1 / -0

Article 2, Section 1, Clause 2: Each State shall appoint, in such Manner as the Legislature thereof may direct.

If the legislatures do nothing to question the ballots and they allow the electors, then that is the legislature essentially directed it and approved it.

Don't hate me on that, but it's true. If SCOTUS took the Texas case, then maybe there would be something here. At least in some of the other states, there were hearings on going around the legislature which were dismissed by the state supreme courts .

This is not the path to victory. Focus efforts on proving actual fraud and focus on contacting your state legislature.

A judge is never going to throw out all the votes just because of some language on the ballot. It's just not going to happen.

And.....we shouldn't want it to happen. Otherwise Democrats will be sabotaging ballots in red states from this day forward.

Bigger than ballot bunches being processed faster than the dominion machine can actually image ballots - all breaking over 98% for Biden. Bigger than over 1000 signed affidavits with eye witness testimony. Bigger than forensic audits that show Dominion was created to shift and steal the votes. ALL of this evidence has been ignored...Comey runs free, McCabe runs free, Brennan runs free...with no help from anyone in any institution Trump has no choice but to take it by force. I HATE the idea of Pence choosing which electors he wants to accept. To win by technicality in an election we already won fair and square BLOWS. WE WANT ARRESTS so these fuckers know better and won't try again when our kids get older and we are gone. FUCKING HANG THEM!!!

1
