Since the election was illegal, the California electoral delegates may be refused. Furthermore the incoming congressional class from California may be refused. Without 55 Cali reps, there would be a Republican super-majority in congress on Jan 6.

Spez: The courts absolutely would hear the challenge from the CA AG suing to seat California’s reps and count their electors. The Supreme Court May then rule 6-3 against California, just as they did in the census of illegals case.
The CA AG is Xavier Becerra, and Cumala was a previous AG. Good luck on getting the CA AG to sue. They are both on Biden's team.
