absolutely not. what is being presented is taken completely out of historical context. it doesnt discuss the finer complexities involved in the issue and simply shows you something you werent told, which convinces you its right because you investigate and its true.
if you investigated further into why it actually was true, you'd find a much more complicated scenario behind the scenes. that actually it is not black and white. it both is true, and is not true at the same time.
but people want to believe in the "me and my group" and "easy common enemy"
the truth is it doesnt matter if you are white, black, jew, latino, european, russian, chinese. there are people of your own group involved in evil.

but my point in full is that not everyone in each group as a peasant class has any responsibility.
theres plenty of impoverished people of all races and backgrounds that simply had no choice in their own history and had to go on living.
whitewashing an entire group as responsible is the problem, not judging an individual on their own merits.
remember how right now your vote doesnt count. its been that way for all groups for centuries. not everyone is on the board together having a vote without you. you still get left out. there is no "identity card" that actually gives you a seat at the table.
you have to be of a specific social status and probably familial line.
it is entirely possible to be of any race or social status and still be totally uninvolved. some people are involved in good ways like the people mentioned by others before me as well.
You know also, there are some like me who choose to convert to christianity willfully after being jews. im totally unassociated with 100% of anything that happened in history. call me the opposite of karl marx. I was a conscientious objector to most things since I was born.
hell my extended family even hates my family as black sheep and would sooner starve us to death than offer food in times of hunger.
all im saying is your "one group theory" is demonstrably false on all sides no matter which side you choose. things are far more complex in reality. You're free to not believe me or think im misleading you -- but thats your own loss.
there is actually one scenario in which i would stab you guys in the back out of need -- and im gonna be totally up front and honest about it. if i get lumped in and attacked i would fight back to the death.
alternatively if i lived through the war and fought for you, and was not given position and standing in society which i would have earned and deserved, I would again rebel against you. I am entitled to be able to ply my skills to the benefit of society and earn a living. If the new system casts me out like the old, I will be left with no choice.
I have nobody and nothing, and ultimately I have to look out for #1. I love freedom and justice. but if I am prevented from having it myself I have to fight for it like anyone else.
You dont know what its like to be native born but stuck doing labor less than illegal immigrants, unable to have a legal work history, locked out of continuing education to prevent you from getting into the fields or anything like that.
I do as a total exile.
and in war I would be willing to go front lines and fight for you just for the possibility of a better future. But I do so not only for the common goal, but to escape exile. that is a specific condition of me siding with literally anyone.
