Yet you felt the need to tell a stranger on the internet that they have brain damage for not understanding something at first glance? Why? Back in the day my uncle worked on the MTA blue line, a part the Boston area train system. They had a guy who was stealing from riders but they hadn't been able to catch him.
My uncle gift wrapped several dead sea gulls in gift boxes, put them in various bags and left them on the seats in the trains day after day for a week.
