Contrary to what they want you to believe, you can in fact record them without telling them. The only time consent to record applies is if you are taking legal action. All we are doing is demanding they do the right thing and if they fail to do so, we expose them. Then we tell them they're going to be Primaried out by people who will do the job.

Regardless of if they say they will, post your conversation publicly and hold them to it.

I would double-check your state laws on this one. Pretty sure in some states it is illegal to record people without their consent no matter what you do with the recording.
