I don’t think evidence really matters if things escalate to military intervention. At that point it becomes a might-makes-right situation and the evidence would just be a footnote in the history books.

Might makes right? Whatever does that term mean?

It is similar in meaning to the saying that history is written by the winner. The group that is the strongest is right because they are the last ones left.

You are going to get downvoted, but you are 100% right that the things people believe around here are amazing. I am calling for the military, but absolutely no part of me thinks it’s going to happen. It should happen, but it won’t.

Remember the Philadelphia mobster who is going to turn on the Democrats and rat them out? Remember the watermarked ballots? Remember the servers we got from Germany? Remember the boxes of shredded ballots and the boxes and filled out ballots? Remember how every single one of these things turned out to be complete bullshit?

And yet we have constant evidence of absolutely nothing happening, no one obeying orders, no one doing what they’re supposed to do, no one cooperating, no one investigating or following the constitution or the law, but that gets ignored. You point that out, and you are a “doomer.”

You know, predicting the stuff that actually happens gets you scorn around here.

And Pence won't have any choice but to count the Biden ballots. Any challenge will be defeated by a House Dem majority and Dems and RINOs in the Senate.

I actually missed this one lmao

Yet look what happened to that delicate little mincing SecDef

Look at who has been installed instead

None of us knows how the steal will be stopped

We've allowed Democrats and their GOPe allies a long leash & far too many stolen elections

What President Trump needs now isn't pathetic, discouraged, bitter little twits --in order to DO something he requires strong support

I never said they were or weren’t, I was just pointing out that if the military were to get involved then the destruction or salvaging of evidence is a moot point.

I think I would even tolerate a losing court case if they would at least have the spine to hear the evidence first. Losing would suck but not even getting to make the case is so frustrating.

It is truly amazing how many people who claim to support the Constitution seem to have never ready it. If they did read it, they don't understand it, which is mind boggling since it is a fairly short and simple document, even including all Amendments to date.

No one is going to call in the military to seize anything. See Posse Comitatus.

The more astute will say, "but Insurrection Act!!!". Go read the Insurrection Act. It is also quite short and not at all what all the people on Twitter keep insisting it is.

While you're reading, pay close attention to property protections within the Constitution and the other limitations of Federal authority over states.

The constitution and the Supreme Court don't matter anymore.

He could pull an Andrew Jackson and tell Supreme Court to get their army to stop him. I wouldn't want it this way but at this point only one side is halfway following the rules.

This would be more convincing if the president whom Trump holds in higher esteem than any other (especially with his stovepipe hat on) hadn't famously suspended posse comitatus in order to save the Republic; saved the Republic from permanent destruction; then reinstated posse comitatus.

IMHO virtually the entire Constitution can be temporarily suspended by a president with sufficient cause, balls, and backing of the People and the military. Not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the people who would pervert the Constitution.

I respectfully challenge you to go read what Lincoln himself had to say on the subject. He was a prodigious writer and wrote on this in a lot of detail. I believe that you will find that he disagrees with you.

I appreciate that you note that suspending the Constitution in order to save it is your opinion. Nothing wrong with opinions and this is a complex subject, filled with grey areas.

Rather than rebut your opinion, let's play it out:

Trump invokes the Insurrection Act, suspends the Constitution, and order the military to go seize voting machines in AZ.

Except the military is bound to refuse to obey any order that it believes to be illegal. So, now wait while careerist brass debates the matter. So far, the Pentagon crowd hasn't been particularly supportive or great at following Trump's orders. In this case, we would have several very valid questions of local, state, and federal law that could be legitimately debated.

But let's say the general send some tanks over to a warehouse in AZ and grab some voting machines. All of the prior actions were predicated on the idea that they contain irrefutable smoking gun evidence. That is not a certainty. Certainly they should, but there are lots of reasons- some of them even good reasons- why they might not.

But let's say the evidence is there. What next? Take it to the courts? That hasn't worked out well so far. In fact, all but one has blocked every request that anyone has made to check the machines for evidence.

But let's say this time is different. We go to AZ court (because that's the correct jurisdiction for this matter), they rule in our favor, and AZ votes get tossed. Now what?

The default answer is not "Trump wins!" because the votes get tossed. The next step is that AZ electors are invalid and it gets tossed to the House. How's that likely to work out?

Let's say that miraculously goes in our favor. Yay! AZ goes to Trump. Biden still wins with 295.

Oh... the military was supposed to seize all the machines in all the swing states. Fine. Wash, rinse, and repeat everything above. Where it ends, if all of it goes in our favor, with a House vote... for a President who just suspended the Constitution and for whom no one in Congress had definitively stepped up to support, despite our presenting virtually all of the same evidence and requesting their assistance in auditing the voting machines without setting the Constitution on fire.

How is that likely to turn out?

I can keep going but no one is going to read all this anyway. Haha

The constitution needs an update anyways. Apparently "shall not be infringed" wasn't clear enough. Gotta make it clearer

Well the globalist dems and their stupid lapdogs sure as shit aren't following the constitution. They've broken federal law in this election. We followed the law and we got screwed. These globalist are digging in because they think we won't do anything. While we're worried about media narratives and bullshit processes that has gotten us moot in this fight I think its time to take off the fucking gloves make these globalist shills shit themselves with fear and take our country back by force. Fuck'em

I can’t say that I disagree. We either fight this or we’re essentially slaves. Voting is gone, speech is gone, 2A is all but gone, property rights,...

IMO, this isn’t a one person fight and it won’t be fast by any stretch. It took generations to get to this point. Turning things will take a lot of time, a lot of people- including the good people- are going to suffer a whole lot, and it’s not going to happen by any dictat. Dictats are what got us here.
