323 California has built a $5 billion dollar stadium but won't fill the seats to pay for it with ticket sales and concessions. Instead they want their congressman and Senators to vote for bailouts. It was privately built. The guy who built is seeking to get about a 100 million in tax breaks though but its far from California funding billions. One of the few things california has done right in the past decade.
