Well we know Hunter did lots of coke and lots of girls during his time being blackmailed by China. All we know is that Crenshaws twitter handle followed an escort. I haven't seen any evidence he cheated on his wife with the escort and its not outside the realm of possibility that a staffer followed her. Crenshaws twitter account isn't exactly comparable to Hunters situation....and I think the cokedealer username is just funny.
