You are right, I did a bit more searching to find some other articles about the subject. They all mention this had previously been corrected. Election Wizard dropped the ball on this one
The problem with this website is that they use the statistical evidence and assert its placement on top of the 12 vote difference made by the forensic audit. This is unfortunately unable to carry weight legally, regardless of the overwhelming amount of logic used in the argument.
