Nixon gave his up January 1st, Kennedy on December 22nd, Bathhouse Barry on November 16th, Lyndon Johnson on January 3rd, Harry Truman on January 17th, Warren G. Harding on January 13th, and Pedo Joe on January 15th. I think that covers all of the Senators who became President or Vice President in the 20th and 21st centuries. Most of them gave up their seat some time in January.
Al Gore on January 2nd, Dan Quayle on January 3rd, Walter Mondale on December 30th, Charles Curtis and Charles W. Fairbanks both on March 4th (inauguration day at the time).

Nice work - thanks for the research.
So saying Kamala knows she lost, and thats why she hasn't given up her seat is kinda bunk.
Doing KEK's work Pede! Thank you!
