POTUS filed an election contest in GA on December 4th. A judge has STILL not been assigned to the lawsuit. They then asked the Georgia Supreme Court to intervene when it became apparent that a judge would not be assigned to the case prior to the meeting of the Electoral College. THEY DECLINED.
