This is not accurate. The bill gives 3 years to Chinese companies listed on American exchanges to comply with the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) which verifies company audits. The Chinese are the only country that have listings on American exchanges such as Nasdaq, NYSE etc WITHOUT requiring the PCAOB verification. This is what this bill is designed to do. If NOT verified, you're out.
