This is not accurate. The bill gives 3 years to Chinese companies listed on American exchanges to comply with the PCAOB (Public Company Accounting Oversight Board) which verifies company audits. The Chinese are the only country that have listings on American exchanges such as Nasdaq, NYSE etc WITHOUT requiring the PCAOB verification. This is what this bill is designed to do. If NOT verified, you're out.
Trillions of dollars are on the line here and it's not as simple as this headline makes it seem. This should be taken down it's not true at all.
I'll put it to you this way, IF the US was to delist Chinese companies it would immediately crash the economy and everyone of us here would have woken up today/tomorrow going "WTF" because that's how wild it would have been.
