Yes and every day that goes by the call for him to do something grows louder. That sucks for us but it makes him look less and less like a desperate dictator to the rest of the world.

If he's determined to do this, he actually has a window of a few weeks yet. The smart move on his part is to put emotion aside and pick the time and date that will be most advantageous.

That said I wish he's hurry up lol.
