my theory is the military. the military stopped the steal in 16 then let them cheat in 18 and set the 20 election trap.

I believe that it's pretty likely as well. Actual patriots with spines and technical knowhow were involved. Maybe even rogue nsa anons too.

I don't believe for a second that Putin would choose DJT over an easily bribable Hillary who was already compromised by Russia in the Uranium One deal.
