Right. The 3% move from Trump to Killary (6% total swing) was in effect in Dominion machines. They did not have backup plans in place because they did not anticipate losing by more than 6%. They did. This time they didn't just prepare, they KNEW Biden would lose big. But even then, they didn't expect him to lost in the biggest landslide in presidential history. That's why they literally needed to slam the breaks on it and print/ship/sign/sharpie/whatever hundreds of thousands of votes in the middle of the night, away from prying eyes. And local/state/national officials, government workers, law enforcement, etc, were all there to assist with the charade, in which they shit all over the constitution and judges/courts/police didn't care.
