Looks like they're supposed to count thousands of ballots and then what, go back through them and pick out the bad ones and deduct that from the total? there's a polish joke in here somewhere.
Nope. They needed the empty and fraudulent ballots to match numbers. They just want a numbers audit like in GA. So if they then do signature audit these would be found. They're trying to hide the fraud in the numbers... but the greedy summabitches getting caught, left and right, with their hands in the cookie jar. See what I did there?
