By most accounts the public is 10-12 days behind where the Administration is. Remember yesterday was the 17th of the month and TODAY DNI Radcliff DID give the POTUS the intelligence briefing due that was due.

The only "report" i've seen that DNI Ratcliffe gave the president the election interference report was from gateway pundit. In that article it lists a tweet as a source, and in the tweet it literally says DNI Ratcliffe delivered the briefing on Swalwell, not the elections interference report.
