One time I was in SWE and someone asked me what I did for a living. I said “Oh I’m a writer”, they seemed super interested and Asked next ‘who do you write for?’. My reply was “Oh Aftonbladet”. Everyone started laughing hard! It would be a laugh in the US with a reply of “the Guardian”. These writers are fucking jokes
