Hello to all this may concern,

Im a 40 year old man in Colorado. I have 2 kids and a large extended family locally. I was a Boy Scout all through my youth and received my Eagle Scout rank. I didn't go to the military as Id planed after high school. I got myself in trouble in my 30s and ended up with felonies. (sorry for backstory)

Is it worth it to try to contact my local militia to see if I can be of service? Im not eligible to own a gun anymore, and that seems to be a solid deal breaker. Just so its said I never had any legal trouble before or after this happened, and I truly believe Im a changed man. I know this isn't a well written letter, but it is from the heart.

I get that I can go outside the law. That isn't in question.Again I have felonies. Not going to end up in prison. I think a lot of you answered my question. Ive been a baker 20 years, thats the main skill I have. As I stated earlier, I was a boy scout from 1st grade through 18. As a Coloradan Ive grown up in the woods. I have basic med knowledge (used to have actual certifications)
